Steve Morrow has been a freelance health-and-fitness researcher for more than forty years. He is a Marine Corps Vietnam vet, a former ultra-marathon runner, and a former Director of the World Series of Poker.
Steve has jumped six times from perfectly good airplanes and run with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain. His otherwise health-conscious lifestyle includes delicious foods, ample wine, and minutes, rather than hours, of exercise per week.
Steve long ago lost faith in conventional medicine. He has since made it his life’s mission to learn the secrets to maintaining excellent health while still enjoying life in this incredibly and increasingly toxic world.
Steve has not seen a doctor for a health issue nor taken a prescription drug in more than 25 years. He believes that is a major factor in the excellent health he enjoys today at 70 years young.
About the Blog
This blog is a continuation of Steve’s first published book – “Muscadine Magic – Simple Secrets to Vibrant Health in a Poisoned World“.
Steve has no medical training and offers no medical advice. His posts reflect his personal research and opinions and are presented as purely informational and hopefully occasionally entertaining.
Steve presents his information without footnotes or citations and instead encourages his readers to do follow-up research on their own for any presented topic in which they have an interest.
